Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines rules and prohibited behaviors when using the hosting, streaming, APIs, and creator tools provided by wexioStream.

1. Network & Infrastructure Integrity

You agree that you will not:

• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any wexioStream server, network, or authentication boundary without prior written authorization.
• Launch denial of service (DoS / DDoS) attacks or flood infrastructure endpoints with excessive automated traffic.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary streaming protocols, video player packaging code, or security tokens.
• Deploy automated scraping bots, web crawlers, or unauthorized automated download tools against public resource endpoints.

2. Prohibited Content Categories

The following categories of content are strictly barred from wexioStream:

• Child Exploitation (CSAM): Instant ban, asset deletion, and immediate law enforcement referral.
• Terrorism & Violent Extremism: Materials produced by designated foreign terrorist organizations or promoting mass violence.
• Cybersecurity Weapons: Exploits, botnet command-and-control scripts, ransomware kits, and stolen database dumps.
• Harassment & Doxxing: Content published with the intent to threaten, stalk, or broadcast sensitive private information without consent.

3. Enforcement & Penalties

Violations of this AUP may result in:

1. Immediate revocation of API access and download tokens.
2. Deletion of offending storage buckets and media manifests.
3. Forfeiture of monetization balances for abusive accounts.
4. Permanent IP, ASN, and device-level firewall blocks.
